ELS closes in 50 states. We provide a full range of closing services tailored to fit the specific needs of our clients. We can deliver the most basic support or handle every detail from title insurance closing to full closing.
Coordination Only Services We set up the appointment, provide email closing information, pre and post quality control the file. We take care of disposition and invoice the closing services. This service doesn't include recording. Quality Control Review Includes review of lender's package for signatures, notary acknowledgments, witnesses, satisfaction of lender and requirements. Witness Closing Service ELS will arrange a formal closing, coordinating closing date, time and place, including after hours and home closings at the convenience of the parties. We contact and schedule the witness agent/notary. We will also disperse funds and record the documents. Signature Services This option has been designed to give equity borrowers the ease and convenience of executing documents without attending a formal table closing. We contact the borrower by telephone at a prearranged time to review and explain the document signing requirements. We perform quality review of the documents and record the documents. Sub Escrow Services We obtain secured lien estoppel letters, pay off secured liens, prepare HUD-1 settlement Statement (based on the lender's closing instructions.) Disperse the funds. The responsibility for setting up the appointment and document pre and post quality control are not included in this service.
